Course intention
“Personal development by learning from designing (FOR Action), adjusting (IN Action) and reverse engineering (ON Action) personal actions of yourself and others”
Course format
- Each coach will have a 1-hour conversation with Raymond to evaluate the ‘improved’ Online ProCourse presentation to develop a deep understand of the ‘reverse engineering’ coaching tool.
- During this conversation, the presentation is played and evaluated step by step.
- Coaches will be able to watch each other’s conversation with Raymond.
- Coaches will record a presentation to purposefully design (FOR Action) a ‘personal action’.
- Coaches will record a presentation to reverse engineer (ON Action) the prepared (and recorded! – IN Action) ‘personal action’.
- Each coach will have a second 1-hour conversation with Raymond to evaluate the ‘personal action’ presentation.
- During this conversation, the presentation is played and evaluated step by step.
- Coaches will be able to watch each others second conversation with Raymond.
- Coaches will be part of a subgroup to accelerate the learning process.
Course duration
Start on December 1, 2022 and finish on May 31, 2023.
Number of delegates
A maximum of 20 coaches will participate.
Course fee
The delegate fee for the Online ProCourse is 495 Euro (excl. VAT).
Course progression:
- After finishing the Online Personal Development Course (Level 4) coaches will be eligible to register for the Level 5 ‘Individual Mentoring’ course in the online FCE pathway which will start on September 1, 2023.
- The lessons learned during the Online PDC will be applied in practice during the 5-day Physical Personal Development Course in June 2023.
- Online Personal Development Course delegates who would like to participate in this 5-day course will be offered a 295 Euro discount on the delegate fee.
