Online Personal Development course 2023B (level 4)

Course intention

“Personal development by improving your ability to design, apply and evaluate your own actions”

Course format

In the next (fourth) phase of the online pathway, the ‘Online Personal Development Course’ (OPDC) delegates learn to “evaluate” their own coach actions. First, they will have a 1-hour conversation with RV in which they receive feedback on their “improved application” which they designed and presented at the end of Level 3. Next, they will execute (and record!) their “improved application” which is the fourth and final phase within their coach action.

Presentation 1

After performing this ‘executing decision’ phase within their coach action, delegates will record a presentation in which they “evaluate” their entire coach action by ‘reverse engineering’ all four phases within the action. Next, during a second ‘1-on-1 conversation’ with RV, delegates will discuss their “evaluation” of the coach action. 

Presentation 2

Based on the feedback received from RV, delegates will record a presentation about their “improved evaluation” of their coach action. To conclude Level 4, delegates will have a third and final ‘1-on-1 conversation’ with RV to evaluate their improved presentation and to receive further feedback on their ability to “evaluate” their own coach actions.

Each Level 4 delegate will get the opportunity to also watch the ‘1-on-1 conversations’ of the other delegates. By watching RV using the ‘reverse engineering’ tool to “evaluate” the actions performed by the delegates, they will develop an even better understanding of how to “evaluate” their own actions.

Course duration

Start on December 1, 2023, and finish on May 31, 2024.

Number of delegates

A maximum of 20 coaches will participate.

Course fee

The delegate fee for the Online ProCourse is 495 Euro

Course progression:

• After finishing the Online Personal Development Course (Level 4) coaches will be eligible to register for the Level 5 ‘Online Personal Mentoring Course’ in the online FCE pathway which will start on January 1, 2025.
• The lessons learned during the Online PDC will be applied in practice during the 5-day In-Person Personal Development Course in June 2024.
• Online Personal Development Course delegates who would like to participate in this 5-day in-person course will be offered a 195 Euro discount on the delegate fee.
