This course is for coaches who have finished the Online Expert Meeting (Level 2)
Course intention
“Learning from each other’s subjective application of building a team, staff, academy or club with the help of the coaching tool ‘reverse engineering’”
Course format
- Coaches will record a 20-minute presentation on the above topic of building an organisation in the context of a team, staff, academy or club.
- Each coach will have a 1-hour conversation with Raymond to discuss and evaluate the presentation.
- Coaches will be able to watch each other’s presentations and conversations with Raymond.
- Coaches will be part of a subgroup to accelerate the learning process.
- Subgroups will have 1-hour conversations with Raymond to evaluate the learning process.
Course duration
Start on November 1 and finish on May 31, 2023.
Number of delegates
A maximum of 30 coaches will participate.
Course fee
The delegate fee for the Online ProCourse is 395 euros.
Course progression
- After finishing the Online ProCourse (Level 3) coaches will be eligible to register for the Online Personal Development Course (Level 4) in the online FCE pathway which will start on December 1, 2023.
- The lessons learned during the Online ProCourse will be applied in practice during the 5-day Physical ProCourse in June 2023.
- Online ProCourse delegates who would like to participate in this 5-day Physical ProCourse will be offered a 295 Euro discount on the delegate fee.
