1-Day Advanced Course Football Periodisation
When preparing a training session, coaches often have to deal with many challenges. How often have you watched your own training session and thought your players were behaving in ways that does not look like their desired behaviour in an 11v11 match? Or have you ever watched a half-pitch session and felt like you were observing a game of pinball rather than football? Similarly, coaches face challenges when designing their training week cycle in relation to multiple games during the week or in the weekend or in preparation for a tournament.
All the problems above (and many more) will be addressed in this 1-day course. Raymond Verheijen will introduce a new way of thinking about football periodisation. He will present tools to develop a tailored training week planning and season planning based on the characteristics of your team and the external factors within your environment.
